The Specialist Orthodontists team at Newpark Clinic is lead by Dr. Máirlín O’Donnell. Dr. O’Donnell has over 20 years of experience in orthodontic braces and is one of Ireland’s top Invisalign clear brace providers. Following her qualification as a dental surgeon, Dr. Máirlín O’Donnell practised as a family dentist for several years, during this time she also enjoyed a period in rural Romania treating children with limited access to dental services .Pursing a career in orthodontics was always her goal, upon successful completion of a full-time 3 year speciality MSc degree in Orthodontics in the University of London, Máirlín was also awarded a Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh in 2000.

Early in her Orthodontic career, Mairlin travelled abroad and enjoyed exposure to orthodontic practices both in Pittsburgh, USA and in Queeensland, Australia and these experiences have helped to form the broad range of brace types on offer in her orthodontic treatment plans.
